How  to prepare this green smoothie

INGREDIENTS -

2 cup spinach (blanched)

2 cup kale (steamed)

1 Avocado 

1 cup Pineapple ( fresh or frozen)

2 Banana ( fresh or frozen)

1 cup carrots ( chopped )

2 TBS ground flax seeds

2 TBS Vanilla protein powder ( hemp/ pea )

Half cup Almond milk

Directions  -

Blend everything for 2 -3 minutes on a medium to high setting in the blender until it becomes smooth and creamy.

Pour it into 3 -4 glasses.
